Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Entrance fees for optional interior pyramid tickets are non-refundable once purchased onsite.
Children under 6 years may participate free of charge when accompanied by two paying adults. Child rates apply for ages 6–11. Children must be supervised at all times due to uneven terrain.
